Tata Interactive Systems’ Echelon Corporate Portal is a J2EE-based product that offers a single platform for all corporate training planning, execution, and reporting activities. It features performance-management functionalities to integrate HR and training planning functions with training delivery. With support for up to 1500 concurrent users, it allows multiple role-based operations including Administrator, Learner, Instructor, Supervisor, Content Author, Content Reviewer, and Media Coordinator.
